TeleDoc - Zenova

Purpose

Zenova is a 3rd party company that partners with NaphCare to provide 24/7 Telehealth provider services.

Process

Authorized TechCare users need permissions to click "Virtual Emergency Consult" from External Links where Zenova SSO solution will automatically log them to begin the Telehealth  visit with the patient.

To grant access,add the user to the SSO group called Azure-Teladoc.

Troubleshooting

How do I access Zenova? - In TechCare under External Links, it will be listed as "Virtual Emergency Consult".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cannot Log In - There are several reasons why they cannot log in:

  1. The site is likely not on the list below yet.
  2. Check and make sure they have the security group added - Azure - Teledoc.
  3. The app can only be used from inside TechCare. This is because it sends the users credentials to the app to log in.

Do I need to log in? - No - the credentials you used for TechCare will be used to log you in.

I am not at the site, but I need to use this application & it is not working. - As of 11/6/2025 you can only use this application when you are physically at the site. It will not allow you to use this if you are working from another location.
