How do I log into the Customer Portal?

To log into the portal, first click the URL/link:

Client Portal Home

Then, click on "Sign In" in the upper right corner. 

On the next screen, the first line will require your user ID provided to you. The second line requires your password.

Once you are in, you will see your name in the upper right corner of the screen. This let's you know you are logged into the portal.

To access your tickets, click on "Services" across the top, then "Ticket Requests". For more information see the KB article, "FAQ for Using TeamDynamix".

If you have trouble logging in, make sure you are using the password used to log in to get your NaphCare email. You can also contact our Help Desk by either using the form General Issue or by calling the Help Desk at (855) 497-0968.
