NaphCare has implemented "Single Sign-On" (AKA "SSO") for Zoom. That means that to sign in to Zoom, you must use your NaphCare credentials.
Please note: You must already have a NaphCare Zoom user for these instructions to work. If you don't have a user yet, please submit a Zoom Access Request.
Login instructions:
- From either the Zoom webpage or the Zoom app, click the "SSO" link to sign in to Zoom.
- For "Company Domain", enter "naphcare" (without the quotes). Click "Continue".
- Enter your NaphCare email address and click "Next".
- Enter your NaphCare password and click "Sign In".
- If you're on the Zoom website, you should see a prompt to "Launch Zoom". Click the prompt, which should open the Zoom application for you if it is installed on your computer.
