Crucial Server Maintenance will be performed on Sunday, July 20, beginning promptly at 3:00 am Eastern and lasting approximately four hours. Systems and services that might be unavailable include, but are not limited to:
- TechCare Primary Connection
- NaphCare email (system generated)
- OMS/JMS Patient Rosters
- Pharmacy Integrations
- Diagnostic orders and results
Clinical Teams at Client Sites: TechCare EHR at your complexes will automatically fail-over to their Disaster Recovery (DR) instances, but certain functionality in your facilities will be diminished during this time. For example, new patient demographics and housings will not be received during this timeframe; instead that data will be queued and become available immediately following the outage.
It may be necessary to log off and back on to TechCare following the maintenance in order for your teams to re-establish the Primary (non DR) connection. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
