I need remote access to the server.

To provide access to NaphCare network resources remotely, NaphCare IT provides our RDSWEB remote access server. This access will require manager approval.

To access the server, you will need a mobile device enrolled in our RSA SecurID authentication service. Requesting remote access will also be a request for RSA enrollment as well (if you are not already enrolled). You do not need a separate RSA enrollment request.

Please note: this is not a request for remote access to TechCare. Remote server access is provided for when the user needs a full desktop environment while remote. If you only require TechCare, please submit a request for access.
