This service allows you to request:
- Add user to TechCare, by site. Allows for selecting role(s).
- Remove user from TechCare, by site. Removes ALL roles for the user for the selected site(s).
- Add/Remove Roles from a user. Any roles selected for the user will be added if not present and removed if present.
- Add Provider. Please note: permission to request the addition of a provider in TechCare is limited. Please contact TechCare Provider Requests for further assistance. If you select this option on the form, you will receive the same notice via email, and no action will be taken.
- Remove Provider. Requesting the removal of a provider from TechCare will require approval from Jails clinical management.
