I need to request a TechCare account unlock.

Please note: 

This service DOES NOT reset or change your TechCare password. You will still need your current, functioning NaphCare credentials to access TechCare once this service is complete.

For identity verification, we require you to provide an Employee ID. Please enter the Employee ID of whomever is submitting this ticket. 

This is for identity verification for the person submitting the ticket, not necessarily the person whose TechCare account is being unlocked. 

  • If the request is for yourself, enter your own Employee ID for verification.
  • If the request is for someone else, enter your own Employee ID for verification. Do not enter the Employee ID of the person whose account is being unlocked.
  • If you don't know your Employee ID, you can find it in ADP here: ADP Workforce Now. To find your Employee ID, open your latest pay stub, and reference the "FILE" number in the upper-left area, above the company address.
