Password Reset Request

If you are a NaphCare employee and you need to reset your NaphCare password, please consult this article: Password Issues (General). Or, you may reset your password using our IT Self-Service password reset (instructions here: NaphCare University).

Please note: NaphCare IT does not manage passwords for ADP, NaphCare University, Taleo, or Zoom. If you select one of these options, your ticket will be closed without any further attention. If you are a non-NaphCare employee and you need to have your TechCare password reset, please check with your own IT department as they are likely responsible for managing your TechCare credentials.
