Password Reset Request

If you are a NaphCare employee and you need to reset your NaphCare password, please consult this article: Password Issues (General). Or, you may reset your password using our IT Accounts password reset (instructions here: NaphCare University).

NaphCare IT does not manage passwords for ADP and several other services/websites. For more information, please see this article: IT Services Not Managed By NaphCare IT.

The following use Single Sign-On (SSO). SSO enables you to use your NaphCare credentials to sign in to these sites/services. To reset  your password for them, you must reset your NaphCare password.

If you are a non-NaphCare employee and you need to have your TechCare password reset, please check with your own IT department as they are likely responsible for managing your TechCare credentials.
