Zoom Login Instructions

NaphCare has implemented "Single Sign-On" (AKA "SSO") for Zoom. That means that to sign in to Zoom, you must use your NaphCare credentials.

Please note: You must already have a NaphCare Zoom user for these instructions to work. If you don't have a user yet, please submit a Zoom Access Request.

Login instructions:

1. From either the Zoom webpage or the Zoom app, click the "SSO" link to sign in to Zoom.
   
    
2. For "Company Domain", enter "naphcare" (without the quotes). Click "Continue".
   
    
3. Enter your NaphCare email address and click "Next".
   
    
4. Enter your NaphCare password and click "Sign In".
   
    
5. If you're on the Zoom website, you should see a prompt to "Launch Zoom". Click the prompt, which should open the Zoom application for you if it is installed on your computer.
