Status Updates: 

 
 

7:00 PM CST - Maintenance is starting. Intermittent outages of affected systems will begin to occur. 

9:00 PM CST - Maintenance still in progress 

11:14 PM CST - Maintenance complete

 
 

Server Maintenance will be performed on Wednesday, March 19, beginning promptly at 7:00 pm CDT and lasting approximately four hours. Systems and services that might be unavailable include but are not limited to:

  • NaphCare email
  • OMS/JMS Demographics/Housing Feeds to TechCare
  • Frameworks medication / pharmacy integration
  • Diagnostic orders and results
  • EDI claims files receipt
  • All software platforms (TechCare 4.5, TechCare 5.0, TCOL, and NaphCareOnline) remotely** accessed
  • RDSWeb and similar Remote Login options
  • StatCare real-time patient dashboards
  • SureScripts medication verification.
Clinical Teams at Client Sites: TechCare EHR at your complexes and in your facilities will remain fully operational during this time. New patient demographics and housings might not be received during this timeframe; instead that data will be queued and become available immediately following the outage.
