I need help with a printer or printing.

NaphCare network printers are installed via a script that runs when you log in to the computer. Be sure to restart the computer to make sure the printers are installed.

The script may install multiple printers; before submitting a ticket, double-check the printer drop-down menu to be sure that your intended printer isn't already installed but not set as the default. If you don't need to re-set the default printer, then there is no need to submit a request for installation.

You can also request a change/addition to a printer's Address Book for scanning. We do not set up individual scan folders; however, you can request that your email address be added for scanning.
