Purpose
If you are unable to log in to NaphCare computers, applications, or other services, such as TechCare, RDSWEB, SharePoint, Webmail, et al, utilize the information below for help.
Process
- To change or reset your password, utilize IT Password Self-Service to sign in and change your password. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? option.
If you are unsure how to use IT Password Self-Service, review the Guide to IT Password Self-Service enrollment through NaphCare University.
- If you are unable to resolve your issue without assistance, request a password reset here: Password Reset Request
- For ADP/Benefits/NaphCare University/Taleo/other non-NaphCare services, do one of the following:
- Use the Forgot Password or similar link on their Login pages. Please note: NaphCare IT does not manage these services.
- If you need additional assistance, review the Non-NaphCare Services article.
- If you are a Remote employees (away from a NaphCare location), review the Remote Employee Password Management article for additional assistance.
