Password Issues (General)

Purpose

If you are unable to log in to NaphCare computers, applications, or other services, such as TechCare, RDSWEB, SharePoint, Webmail, et al, utilize the information below for help. 

Process

  1. To change or reset your password, utilize IT Password Self-Service to sign in and change your password. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot your password? option. 


If you are unsure how to use IT Password Self-Service, review the Guide to IT Password Self-Service enrollment through NaphCare University.

  1. If you are unable to resolve your issue without assistance, request a password reset here: Password Reset Request
  2. For ADP/Benefits/NaphCare University/Taleo/other non-NaphCare services, do one of the following:
    • Use the Forgot Password or similar link on their Login pages. Please note: NaphCare IT does not manage these services.
    • If you need additional assistance, review the Non-NaphCare Services article.
  3. If you are a Remote employees (away from a NaphCare location), review the Remote Employee Password Management article for additional assistance.
