Claim Status/ Information Request

Please visit the Provider Portal Claims Inquiry to view claim status online. 

 

Don't see your claim on the Provider Portal?

  • Review your Provider Portal access to verify you have access to the NPI billed on the claim. To view your access, navigate to the Provider Portal, click on your username, and select the My Access option. 
  • To request access to additional NPIs submit a Provider Portal Access Request
  • If your NPI access is correct and you are unable to view the claim online, verify the claim was submitted correctly to NaphCare for processing.  
  • If you need more information about your claim, open a ticket with the NaphCare Provider Relations team by clicking the "Submit Ticket" button on the right.
